These terms and conditions apply to the MathSprint app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Flux78 (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as an Ad-Supported service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
1. Intellectual Property Rights Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
2. User Conduct and Fair Play The Application features competitive gameplay, leaderboards, and the ability to create usernames. By using the Application, you agree not to:
- Use offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate language in your username.
- Exploit bugs, utilize third-party hacking software, or manipulate the Application’s code to gain an unfair advantage or artificially inflate your scores or Elo ratings.
- Harass or spam other players through the challenge system.
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend, ban, or delete the account of any user found to be in violation of these rules, at the Service Provider’s sole discretion and without prior notice.
3. Virtual Currency and In-Game Items The Application may include virtual in-game currency (“Coins”) or virtual items (“Power-ups”). These virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own these virtual items, and they hold no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred for real money or physical goods. The Service Provider reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency or items at any time, with or without notice, and shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that the Service Provider exercises such rights.
4. Service Modifications and Availability The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
5. Device Security The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, compromise your phone’s security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

7. Internet Connection and Usage Charges Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or exhausted data allowances. If you are using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s agreement terms still apply. You accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. THE SERVICE PROVIDER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.
In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Application, even if the Service Provider or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
9. Updates and Termination The Service Provider may update the Application at any time. You agree to accept updates to the Application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end, and you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device.
10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to These Terms and Conditions The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
